Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Anixon Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (“Anixon”), we strive to deliver high-quality consulting, implementation, and advisory services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations and refunds for services purchased through our website or directly through service agreements.

By engaging Anixon’s services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Nature of Services

Anixon Consulting provides professional services including but not limited to:

• Zoho CRM implementation

• Zoho Creator application development

• Zoho Books and Inventory implementation

• Business automation consulting

• Process consulting and digital transformation advisory

Since these services involve time, expertise, and resource allocation, refunds are handled according to the conditions described below.
2. Cancellation of Services

Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email to:

Cancellation requests will be evaluated based on the stage of project delivery and the work already completed.
3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
Before Project Initiation

If a cancellation request is received before the project has commenced, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and consultation fees.
After Project Initiation

Once the project has started and work has been initiated (including discovery sessions, system configuration, documentation, or development work), refunds will generally not be applicable.

Any refund, if considered, will be calculated based on:

• Work completed

• Resources allocated

• Consultation hours delivered

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once delivered or initiated:

• Consulting sessions

• Discovery workshops

• Strategy sessions

• System architecture design

• Implementation services

• Customization and development work

• Training sessions

• Digital assets or documentation delivered

5. Milestone-Based Projects

For projects billed in milestones:

• Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable

• Pending milestones may be cancelled subject to mutual agreement

6. Subscription or Retainer Services

For services billed on a monthly retainer or subscription basis:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle

• Fees already billed for the current cycle are non-refundable

Services will continue until the end of the paid billing period.

7. Third-Party Software and Licensing

Anixon may assist clients in procuring or implementing third-party software such as:

• Zoho CRM

• Zoho Creator

• Zoho Books

• Zoho Inventory

• Zoho Analytics

Refunds for software licenses are subject to the policies of the respective software providers.

Anixon does not control or guarantee refunds from third-party vendors.
8. Force Majeure

Anixon shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to deliver services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Internet or infrastructure disruptions

• Third-party service outages

9. Dispute Resolution

If a client is dissatisfied with services, we encourage direct communication to resolve the matter.
